Fee Collection Leaks & Reconciliation Issues

We run Finance on Tally, but our Inventory/Production runs on Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups.

My warehouse team does not have login access to Tally (to save license costs or for security).

I cannot get a real-time "Profit & Loss" report without calling my accountant first.

We frequently face stock-outs because re-order levels are tracked manually.

We enter the same data twice: Once in the Purchase Order (Excel) and again in Tally (Invoice).

Our Production Planning (BOMs) lives in the factory manager's head or a notebook, not a system.

Approvals for POs or Expenses happen over phone calls, with no digital audit trail.

We want to open a new branch/warehouse, but Tally data syncing feels too complicated or slow.

I want to upgrade, but I am terrified my Accountant will quit if I take Tally away.
